Terms and conditions, privacy policy, and return policy. The Privacy Policy describes how information is collected and used when you visit or make a purchase from www.artfulkidsclub.com or www.minicrew.co (the “Site”).

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 to use without their parent's consent, and we do not ask for, or process any personal Identifiable Information (PII) about individuals under the age of 13. Information we collect through the checkout process or newsletter signups is meant to be from parents or indiviudals over the age of 13 only.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit this Site, we collect certain information about your web browser, region, and time zone. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device/Analytics information". When you sign up for the newsletter, Mailchip collects your email and name, and stores it on their website. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails sent by Mailchimp. This email signup is only meant for parents and individuals over the age of 13.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device/Analytics Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information relating to our products or services.

The payment provider (Selz) use the Device Information that we collect to help screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with select third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase of a digital video, class, or printable, please contact us directly and request a refund. We can offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.
